100 years of KIBAG – four weeks of planning for three days of celebration. Just four weeks before the start of the build, we were awarded the contract for the technical production of KIBAG’s major anniversary celebration in Nuolen. Within this short timeframe, and in close collaboration with AROMA AG, we planned, coordinated and delivered around 15 articulated truckloads of equipment and approximately 180 crew days.

Our contribution went far beyond stage, lighting and audio. It included the main festival tent, the technical infrastructure for the entire food and event area, as well as the central power distribution system with a redundant generator solution.

A particular highlight for us was the immersive journey through the former gravel plant. Using projection and lighting, the impressive industrial spaces were transformed into a journey through 100 years of KIBAG – from its beginnings to the present day.

Careful planning also extended behind the scenes: an independent, battery-powered lighting and sound system ensured that key areas would remain operational even in the event of an evacuation.
