The annual General Meeting of Zurich Insurance Group at Hallenstadion Zurich places high demands on precision and reliability in both planning and technical execution. Our collaboration began in 2019, when we were entrusted with overall project management as well as the planning and implementation of the Brand Experience Islands and the event signage.

The years 2020 to 2022 were shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic, with the General Meeting being held without an audience at various Zurich Insurance Group locations.

From 2023 onwards, Zurich was able to return its General Meeting to Hallenstadion as part of a joint AGM pool with Credit Suisse and Swiss Re, once again welcoming around 1,600 attendees. As part of this development, we were able to expand our scope of services to include the planning and implementation of the LED wall and LED columns.

Since 2026, Zurich has once again been holding its General Meeting independently, without cooperation with other companies. In addition, we now contribute our comprehensive expertise in video, audio and simultaneous interpretation technology, while also managing the webstream to ensure a seamless, professional and reliable technical implementation.
